When you request an appointment (by phone, WhatsApp or at the clinic) we collect your name, phone number and details about your pet so we can provide care and contact you about your visit. This website itself does not store the details you type into the booking form — it prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.
How we use it
Your information is used only to schedule appointments, maintain medical records and send reminders you have asked for. We never sell your data.
Medical records
Your pet's records are stored securely and shared only with the veterinarians treating your pet, or with specialists when you consent.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected].
